The fourteenth British Wool Sale of the 2011/12 Season was held by the British Wool Marketing Board at Wool House and offered 1,940,727 kilos. With more widespread bidding than of late, prices began to stabilise on certain types with a clearance of 45%. Compared to the last time sold: Pick and Super Hogs Fully Firm, other Pick and Supers 1.5% cheaper Halfbred Hogs Firm, Wethers Buyers Favour Crosses 1-1.5% cheaper Light Grey Radnors 1% dearer, other Radnors 1.5% cheaper Welsh 1.5% cheaper Swaledale 1.5% cheaper
