The third Scottish sale of the 2005/06 season was held by the British Wool Marketing Board at Wool House and offered 1.85 kilos of British Wool. There was good competition on all types resulting in a clearance of 83%. Compared to the last Scottish Sale BW50 - 21st September 2005: Cheviots firm. Halfbreds up to 2.5% dearer. Crosses Sellers Favour. Blackface 2.5-6% dearer. Irish Grades: Blackface 4% dearer. All other types firm.
