Wool Sale Report for BW66 held on
16th June 2010

The last British Wool Sale of the 2009/10 Season was held by the British Wool Marketing Board at Wool House and offered 998,096 kilos. The Sale comprised of many small lots of Oddments and Lambswool. The 2009 season has finished on a high with yet another 100% clearance and an average price of 100p/kg. For the first time in its history, the Board has sold every kilo of wool in the season of production. We look forward to maintaining the strong market for the first sale of teh 2010/11 seasons wool on 7th July 2010.
