The twentieth British Wool Sale of the 2010/11 Season at Wool House and offered 1,542,842 kilos. The final sale of the 2010 season finished on a positive note with prices climbing. There was strong demand throughout with a 93% clearance. Compared to the last time sold Pick and Supers up to 3% dearer Halfbred Hogs up to 9% dearer, Wethers up to 10% dearer Crosses 5 - 10% dearer Cheviot Cast 6% dearer, Hogs 2.5% cheaper Radnors 4-18% dearer Welsh 8% dearer Swaledale 8% dearer Blackface Hogs, Shortfine and Light Grey 15-20% dearer, other Blackface grades 5-10% dearer
