The eighteenth British Wool Sale of the 2011/12 Season was held by the British Wool Marketing at Wool House and offered 1,991,740 kilos. Following on from the previous sale, the demand was mixed which resulted in a clearance of 48%. Compared to the last time sold Pick and Supers Firm Halfbreds Buyers Favour Cross Hogs Firm, other Crosses up to 1.5% cheaper Cheviot Cast Firm, other Cheviots up to 1.5% cheaper Radnors Sellers Favour Welsh 1 - 1.5% cheaper Swaledale 2% cheaper Blackface ranged from 2% dearer - 2% cheaper
