The seventeenth British Wool Sale of the 2012/13 Season was held by the British Wool Marketing Board at Wool House and offered 2,139,900 kilos. An excellent sale with strong competition throughout with finer wools continuing to advance in price. The clearance was 98% (2.1 million kgs). Compared to the last time sold: Pick and Supers up to 10% dearer Halfbreds 2-5% dearer Cross Hogs 5-10% dearer, Wethers and Cotts up to 5% dearer Radnors Fully Firm Red Kempy Welsh Fully Firm, Cast 5% cheaper Swaledale Firm
