Wool Sale Report for BW59 held on
15th February 2006

The tenth Bradford sale of the 2005/06 season was held by the British Wool Marketing Board at Wool House and offered 2.88 million kilos of British Wool. The market was much stronger than of late with keen competition across the whole range of types on offer. This resulted in a clearance of over 84%. Compared to the last Bradford Sale - BW58 - 25th January 2006:- Pick & Supers up to 2% dearer. Halfbred Hogs 2% dearer, Wethers fully firm. Crosses 2-3% dearer. Radnors up to 2.5% dearer. Welsh sellers favour. Swaledale sellers favour.
