We're Recruiting -Field officer (Devon based)
If you’re friendly, outgoing and confident then this may be the role for you. As a British Wool Field officer you will attend livestock markets, agricultural shows and events in and around the Devon area - So it's important that you are prepared to travel and attend all scheduled shows and events
You will be reporting to the Producer Marketing Manager, providing feedback, suggestions or any concern during events/shows.
Key responsibilities include:
- Representing British Wool at all scheduled events in a proactive manner by networking and building positive relationships with current and potential new Producers.
- Communicating with other relevant agricultural organisations to identify
mutually beneficial opportunities
Ideally you will:
-Be self-motivated, demonstrate a strong work ethic coupled with an
-Present yourself in a professional manner at events attended
-Excellent timekeeping and attendance to events
-Articulate in communications/good listening skills
-Effectively implement instruction, guidance and training provided
-Have a full clean driving licence
Working schedule: Immediate start required - 3 days per week during July to August (including occasional weekends)
The level of remuneration for the role will be relevant to the candidate’s experience/knowledge, and will be made available upon receipt of application.
