About Peregrine
Peregrine was established in 1796 and is currently run by the eighth generation of the Glover family. We produce finely crafted clothing that is made in England and embraces skills and traditions that have been maintained for over two centuries.
What has inspired you to create your brand and products?
We take inspiration from classic styles and put a contemporary twist on tradition.
Why did you choose British Wool for your products?
We choose British wool for our products for its traceable purposes. Wool has so many amazing properties and being a made in England brand it’s only suiting to choose a local and sustainable fabric.
What do you value most about British wool?
We value the traceability of using British wool. We love being able to track where our wool originates from and being able to keep our carbon footprint low.
Who are the people behind your brand?
We are a small family run business. The Managing Director, Tom Glover, is the eighth generation of Glover to run the company.
What is the dream and where will your journey take you next?
Our dream has always been to be an industry leader in sustainable and traceable practices. It is amazing to see so many brands following in the right direction.
We ship within the UK via DPD and Royal Mail.
Delivery Time: 2-4 day delivery (Working Days, with text & email notification) – £3.99 per order with free delivery on any orders over £125.
Peregrine cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.
RETURNS
Items purchased online must be returned for a refund in an unused and resalable condition for a full refund. Where a product is faulty or damaged, we will refund the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
If you would like to return any items in your order, please contact Peregrine Clothing by emailing support@peregrineclothing.co.uk quoting your British Wool order number and reason for your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then a full refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
EXCHANGES
We regret that we currently do not offer exchanges on orders placed on the British Wool website.
