Your Board Members
The Board consists of nine non-executive regionally elected producer members (elected on a rotational basis for an initial three year term with a maximum tenure of four terms), two non-executive independent members and one board appointed non-executive member.
The independent members are publicly appointed with input from British Wool, and the board appointed member, to bring relevant business skills and experience to the business.
The Chief Executive and the Chief Financial Officer are not Board members however are invited to attend board meetings. To see the full board member manual please click here
