Cable & Blake design, create, produce and sell woollen fabric woven from the much loved, iconic Herdwick sheep of the Lake District.

British-made to last, from a historically sustainable material. The colours and digital prints of our “Fabric of the Lake’s” are inspired by the surrounding Lakeland landscapes to bring a modern twist to the Lake District heritage.

We have transformed this undervalued wool into a luxurious and enduring fabric and through our collaborations with local farmers, traditional weavers and creative makers, we are bringing more value to the rural community.
