Cloudwool® is a lightweight felt fabric with greater flexibility and breathability than conventional felts. With a new, transparent and local approach to textile manufacturing, Cloudwool® turns sustainable, natural British wool fibre into a warm outerwear fabric in one efficient process.

The novel, nonwoven manufacturing technology allowed inventors Doppelhaus Ltd to create a material that is comparable to high quality fulled or boiled wool fabrics, at a fraction of the cost. Available in a variety of styles, weights and colours, this no-fray, no grainline, biodegradable material saves fashion companies money, labour and helps them achieve sustainability goals.
