The Isle Mill

The Isle Mill is part of the Macnaughton Group, a family company founded in 1783. We are recognised as the foremost weaver and bespoke designs of soft furnishing and upholstery fabrics in Scotland.

The Hermitage Castle is our collection of 100% undyed, natural British wool fabrics . The comprehensive range of checks and weave effect tweeds are inspired by an area of natural beauty in the Scottish Borders. The cloth itself has been created to show our commitment to supporting British wool farmers by using locally spun yarn from the fleece of home- grown sheep.

The wool is free from any dyestuffs or chemicals, it is sustainable, biodegradable, durable and proudly woven in Scotland.
