My husband Richard Jones runs his family farm alongside his dad. They have sheep and beef and I help when they require it.
My personal and professional achievements
A personal achievement would be my 3 children, I have won Welsh woolhandling circuit 4 times, and in 2023 I won Welsh circuit and open woolhandling.
How long have you been farming?
I grew up on my Family Farm near Sennybridge.
Proudest moment in shearing/wool handling
Winning the teams’ event with Sarah Rees at World Championships highland show 2023.
Why did you want to be a British Wool ambassador?
Being involved with sheep shearing from a young age, I have always been passionate about wool. I am looking forward to teaching more people about our industry.
Who has been your inspiration?
Growing up I always looked up to Gwenan Pawai. She is knowledgeable, helpful, and talented.
